This
section provides the terms and conditions under
which Online FX trades.
WARNING: Money Laundering is a very serious
International offence and customers should note
that any suspicious transactions will be reported
to the appropriate authorities in relevant countries
without further reference.
Ordering and Payment
The
minimum value for ordering currencies and traveller's
cheques on-line is £50, the maximum £5000.
For amounts greater than £5000 please call our
UK London Office on 0870 999 0059 between 9:30am
and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
You can pay with any card bearing the Switch,
Delta, Visa or MasterCard logo. Your card provider
may charge a handling fee on credit cards. This
is not an Online FX charge. We recommend debit
cards (Switch / Delta) for currency purchases
although some banks may charge a handling fee.
There is absolutely no service fee or commission
on the transaction. There is a £4.95 handling
fee to cover the cost of the delivery.
Once you have placed an order, it cannot be
cancelled. However we may buy back the currencies
at the same rate if it is established that the
order has resulted from a genuine mistake.
The onus of proving such mistakes falls to the
Customers and must be communicated to Online
FX Limited within 24 hours.
In the case of UK deliveries and where Online
FX Limited agrees to buy back the currency,
there will be a small handling charge; the handling
charge for other destinations will vary.
Delivery
UK customers can expect to receive their money
within one working day*
if they place their order by 12:30pm.
Customers who place orders after 12:30pm can
expect to receive their money within two working
days.
Where delivery is made at customer's request,
Online FX can accept no direct responsibility
or liability for safe delivery beyond ensuring
the secure handover of payment to the chosen
delivery address.
Customers
must refuse to accept any damage packages delivered
by Royal Mail. OnlineFX Ltd will not accept
any responsibility for damaged packages.
Royal
mail undertake to deliver packages by 1.00pm
the next working day. Track and trace on packages
can be made from 1.30PM Please note that in
some circumstances the delivery will be after
1.00PM and in the case of outer districts for
example Scotland and Northern Ireland this may
take two working days.
* Please Note that
this service may be affected as result of influences
on the ability of our delivery company Royal
Mail to complete its service.
Please note that:
Your money will ordinarily be delivered to your
card billing address. On receiving the delivery
you will be required to sign a delivery receipt.
If you are not at home (or the delivery address)
you will be requested to collect the package
at your local sorting office.
No delivery can be guaranteed on Saturdays or
Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 12:30pm
or during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.
It is essential that you have a person you trust
available at the delivery address to receive
and sign for your delivery, as Online FX will
not accept any liability for fraudulent acts
committed by such third party signatories.
Please note the delivery charge includes insurance
against loss / theft in transit.
Exclusion
clause
Online FX Limited excludes all liability for
any claim arising from any act undertaken for
a Customer unless the Customer can prove that
Online FX Limited caused the Customer to suffer
loss.
When determining if Online FX Limited has caused
a Customer to suffer loss, the Customer accepts
the actions of intermediaries not employed by
Online FX Limited are the actions of third parties.
Online FX Limited will not be responsible for
any loss caused by a third party. This does
not affect the customers' statutory rights.

quoted on any order, we will contact you to
advise the correct rate and amend the order
accordingly. You can then confirm if you wish
to proceed with the amended order. Neither Online
FX, nor any entities from whom they receive
information, nor any entities with whom their
site is linked, shall be liable for any investment
or other decisions made on the basis of the
information provided.
Governing Law
Customers contracting with Online FX Limited
agree that English Law governs this contract.
